What this site is
An independent reference tool for U.S. SEC Form 13F quarterly holdings. We aggregate public filings from selected hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, and public pensions — for research only, not investment advice.
Which funds are included
We track active discretionary managers filing Form 13F (SEC $100M+ U.S. equity rule). Passive ETF and index giants — e.g. BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, Geode — are excluded. The list is curated for global track record and U.S. equity relevance; it is not every 13F filer. Sovereign and pension entries are major SWFs and national plans that file 13F. A “Featured” badge marks widely cited managers highlighted on this tracker.
Data sources
Holdings: SEC EDGAR Form 13F (cached JSON snapshots, refreshed weekly). Stock quotes, sectors, and dividends: Yahoo Finance (daily). Historical prices around filing dates: derived from Yahoo and stored in filing-context.json. CUSIP→ticker mapping: OpenFIGI plus a maintained map.
Update schedule
Daily (UTC): live stock quotes for held tickers. Weekly: SEC 13F snapshots (skips unchanged filers), CUSIP map expansion, filing-date price context. Large portfolios may store only top holdings by value; totals and report dates reflect the full 13F filing.
Limitations
13F can lag quarter-end by up to 45 days. It covers long U.S. equities only — not shorts, all derivatives, or non-U.S. listings. Estimated average cost and price-vs-filing fields are calculated, not reported by filers. See the Disclaimer for full details.
Editorial standards & independence
This site is operated independently and has no affiliation with the funds it tracks. We do not accept payment for inclusion, ranking, or favorable coverage. Holdings figures are reproduced directly from public SEC filings without editorial alteration, and automated insight articles are generated from that same filing data and labeled by type. If you spot an inaccuracy, email us using the address below and we will review and correct it.
